Narrative
The move of our storage, from Tustin to Anaheim, took place on February 7, 2026. I had four family members and affiliates help me move. The cost of the move using a moving company exceeded $1000.00. With the help I was given the actual cost to move $446.57. I moved from a 10x10 (Tustin) to a 10x13 (Anaheim). I was hoping that Public Storage would keep my rent below $200 per month. As of September 2026 they are billing $212.00 per month. Standard price is $254.00 per month. I sure hope it stops increasing at $212.00. The reasons I moved were that: Tustin is 20 miles away one way from where I live, they had increased my rent from like $120.00 per month to over $230.00 per month, and that PS Anaheim I can access walking. I would like to go on the record for being grateful for my families help I could not have done it without them. With their help we only needed to make one trip. Every time I visit my new storage PS sends me a message to rate them. I keep telling them that I cannot get the hands free option to open gates and doors to work.
