Feedback Encouraged in the Face of HAB
Our Housing Advisory Board (HAB) idea comes to you unsolicited.  We engage here with necessity.  Since we began Blogging with Blogger in 2012 we have published over one hundred documents.  From the beginning we drafted our reports so as not to draw out comments from our readers.  It worked: Very few readers comment.  This HAB project is different since we welcome comments.  It takes comments to make it work.  The comments we encourage are those that define a housing issue and those that directly fix it.  Housing for the disabled and disadvantaged is quite a huge endeavor.  For now personally we focus on securing a shared room on a very tight budget.  Who are “We”?  We are Mentalation Solutions Group (MSG).  After a Beta Run during January 2019 we hope to release our Facebook version.  We are looking forward to our Facebook Platform as being a major route for information exchange and problem solving.  Our gain is to expand our housing options portfolio.  Progress during January 2019 will be to feel confident about three rent-a-shared room options.  Note: Considering the consumers did not solicit our HAB we expect it to be tricky to get Consumer Housing Involvement (CHI).

Abstract – Executive Summary
MSG hasn’t written and published a report for a while that does not include numerical or quantitative data.  Therefore our Abstract is short.  One of the subjects in this report is: The Orange County Population of landlords renting shared rooms to those individuals that we call disadvantaged.  We do offer some qualitative remarks.  The key product that we introduce here is our 72-hour series.  Before Mary Hale retired as Director for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) she stated: “Housing is a complex issue” (Hale, 2018).  Our goal is to simplify finding a shared room to rent for any in need anywhere.  Thank you for taking a look see of what we share.  We are Mentalation Solutions Group (MSG) and I am AVEY.  I AVEY work with Keith E Torkelson, MS (UCD Educated Pathologist).  As Mark Refowitz OCHCA retired says: “I know you will get this right!”

Key Commodity - Rent A Shared Room (RASR)
On January 1, 2019 we are going to charter a standalone Blog for addressing Housing Needs for the disadvantaged.  To start we are going to focus on our contemporaries in need in and around Orange County California.  Our goal is to out compete existing and in-the-works housing resources as of 2018 as they exist locally.  Another goal is to provide this service free of charge with no hidden background costs.  Our first six themes may be as follows:

Homepage
This is our charter post about our new and improved Housing Advisory Board (HAB) idea.  We have worked intensely on this concept for more than one year.  The second post will be our HAB homepage.  We will reserve our homepage primarily for links to Mentalation Solutions Group products such as advisories.  We hope to charter a Facebook Group addressing housing needs, fixes, and collecting in scope information from HAB members.  Integrated with our HAB concept is our Information Technology Division.  If this experiment works and catches on we have high hopes for it growing into a promising practice.  If needed by Summer Quarter 2019 we will take the lessons learned and begin anew.  We thank you for your interest, engagement and participation.

Example George Torkelson (OneBed) - Vignette
Our father who art in heaven…is George Gerald Torkelson.  In 1962 George, our dad, and June, our mom, secured a residential property at 10371 McDaniel Drive in Garden Grove California.  Said property had a master bedroom.  They moved two twin-sized beds into their room.  After at least two bed upgrades between 1962 and 1998 they had their final bed.  Pretty much since their marriage somewhere around 1946 they made house payments to share a room together.  Our father passed away in 1999 at the age of 77.  He died in his sleep in his bed with family in attendance.  He had his OneBed for over thirty years.  Our mother was not so fortunate during her passing she was moved four times into four different beds.  In Behavior Health terms she might have been considered unstable.
